NASIM AKHTAR COACHING
My coaching practice is grounded in over three decades of
leadership in the ‘helping’ professions.
I have led teams through significant change, supported individuals
with complex needs, and
partnered with a wide range of agencies across ‘helping agencies’.
These experiences have given
me deep insight into how people respond to pressure, transition,
and responsibility; insight I now
bring to my coaching.

I work with people who have been through hard things. Maybe you
cope on the outside but feel stuck inside. I help people who
overthink, shut down, avoid, or constantly second guess
themselves to find clarity, calm, and practical change.
You might be feeling anxious, depressed, and wondering how you
can carry on. If that is
you, I want you to know, you do not have to stay in that place
forever.

JAMIE GIBBONS
I offer a warm and grounded space for adults aged 18 and over
who feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure how to move forward.
Many people come to me when life feels heavier than usual, when
they have been coping for a long time but something inside is
beginning to strain. Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe and
make sense of what is happening, without judgement or pressure.
